Continuous Ambient Air Monitor
The NIC AM-6F is a Fully Automated, Continuous Mercury Monitor designed to measure gaseous elemental mercury (GEM) from ambient air accurately down to the sub nano-gram per cubic-meter levels. This innovative mercury monitor uses Direct Gold Amalgamation Sampling combined with CVAFS (Atomic Fluorescence Spectroscopy) Detection.
AM-6F Continuous Ambient Air Monitor Key Features:
- Continuous, unattended monitoring of mercury in ambient air & other gases
- Automated single & multi-point calibration via built-in permeation source
- Measurement range: < 0.1 – 10,000 ng/m3 (two ranges)
- PC software for remote monitoring of all measurements, calibration data & status from anywhere
- Copy of all measurements & data on SD card as backup for PC failures
- Data files transmitted via email (option)
- Diagnostic log files transmitted via email (option)
- Reduced Argon consumption (typical 5ft cylinder lasts up to 6 months)
- Touchscreen display for data viewing & configuration of settings
- Designed for 19″ rack mounting, if needed (rack cabinets available)
