Why POL-EKO® Drying Ovens?

How the SL Series Works

Heating elements around the chamber bring the interior up to setpoint and the controller holds it there. In natural-convection models (SLN) air moves by gravity alone, which is quieter and gentler on light or loose samples. Forced-convection models (SLW) add a fan that evens out air distribution, shortens stabilization time, and lets you load the chamber more fully.

The SMART PRO controller runs the process from a 7″ full-color touchscreen, logs every event to internal memory, and can send alarm notifications to designated email addresses. A thermally protected access port lets an external measuring sensor into the chamber without disturbing the controlled environment, and chamber access is protected by a key lock.

Alarms, Logging, and Remote Access

The controller writes every event to internal memory and sends alarm notifications to the email addresses you designate, so a deviation reaches you instead of waiting to be found. LabDesk software handles data management and unit performance monitoring and integrates with CFR 21 Part 11-compliant systems where traceable records are required. The LabDesk Cloud app shows live status and recorded data from any device.
