Description

The NIC RA-4500 is the latest development in fully automated mercury analyzers that can carry out all the processes from pretreatment to sample digestion to analysis. After the sample has been loaded, the NIC RA-4500 performs all the processes including reagent dispensing, color measurement, sample digestion, sample cooling, and reduction of the excess Potassium Permanganate with Hydroxylammonium Chloride. The measurement of mercury is performed by utilizing the reducing vaporization method after an addition of stannous chloride. The system is capable of handling 80 samples at a time.
